Why does this look new after 16 yrs? The owner cleans it, sinks do not clean themselves. Bleach works great. Spray with outdoor bleach in spray bottle or fill sink with water and add bleach . Let stand for couple hours.	Why does this sink not have spidercracks around the drain after 16 yrs? A correct plumbing install such as not overtighten drains and a even tighten and level garbage disposal installation.
