Design & Fabrication

Replacement
Replacing a countertop with Corian® typically takes one to three days, depending on the complexity of the project. The result is a sleek, durable, and easy-to-clean surface that can significantly enhance the appearance and functionality of a kitchen or bathroom. Any scratches or minor damage can usually be repaired on-site without needing a full replacement.
Installation
The installation process begins with the creation of a template to ensure an accurate fit. This template is used during fabrication, where the Corian® sheets are cut and shaped to the desired dimensions. The seams are then sanded and polished to create a smooth, continuous surface. Sinks and backsplashes, if included, are installed at this stage.
Repair & Maintenance
One of the main advantages of Corian® countertops is the ability to create seamless joints. Installers can bond pieces together using a special adhesive, then sand the joints to make them virtually invisible. Corian® is available in a wide range of colors and patterns, and scratches or damage can typically be repaired by sanding and refinishing.

Remnants & Overstock
We are also a member of the Solid Surface Exchange. Many times when we complete a countertop project and have small pieces of material left over, we make them available on the exchange. These are referred to as remnants or overstock and can be used on smaller projects at reduced cost.
